Cancellation Policy

At Style Hutch Fashion, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation terms below.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
Send a cancellation request to infostylehutch@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
Please use the subject line “Cancellation Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]” for faster processing.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the order is cancelled within the eligible time frame and hasn’t been shipped, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
4. Exceptions
These cannot be cancelled once placed due to the bespoke nature of the items.
Orders placed during special sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
