Cancellation Policy

At Style Hutch Fashion, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellation Window


  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel


  • Send a cancellation request to infostylehutch@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.

  • Please use the subject line “Cancellation Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]” for faster processing.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders


  • If the order is cancelled within the eligible time frame and hasn’t been shipped, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

4. Exceptions


  • These cannot be cancelled once placed due to the bespoke nature of the items.

  • Orders placed during special sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
